Service Description

Learn how to tread water with and without hands, learn breaststroke or free style and how to retrieve a 10lb brick at 10 ft. It is mandatory to attend two or three sessions each week for your 12 Lessons. You can attend any session times from 10:30 am to 12:00 Noon weekly. Classes are held 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon. Every: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday At the Badminton Club ( Ingleside Wellness & Recreation Centre) location: 3G42+JJ5, Mandeville, Jamaica. Cost $120 USD for 12 to 15 lessons.
