Service Description

Learn how to tread water with and without hands, learn breaststroke or free style and how to retrieve a 10lb brick at 10 ft. It is mandatory to attend three sessions each week for your 12 Lessons. You can attend any session times from 10:00 am or 12:00 pm weekly. Classes are held 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Every: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday At the Kingston YMCA (21 Hope Road, Kingston 10) Cost $120 USD for 12 to 15 lessons.
